First and second round action in the adult bracket was spectacular as the best of the best rose to the occasion. Seven of the top eight seeds were eliminated by the end of the second round with only defending champion Larry Pagel moving on. The finals came down to John Yasenosky and Jon Gasper, a former winner of the MDA tournament. "Yas" and Gasper exchanged strokes throughout the match, but Yas drained a critical putt for 2 on the seventeenth hole and did not look back. He is the proud new owner of the 31 inch TV.
